CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 7TH GRADE LADY CAT TRACK TEAM FOR WINNING THE DISTRICT MEET LAST NIGHT IN BRENHAM!
The girls won with 194.5 points just 1.5 points over SECOND place CSMS.
43 girls medaled or got ribbons with first places medals going to Alexis Oaks in the 200, Brianna Gooden in the 100, Jamyra McIntosh in the 300 hurdles, Katelyn Saxe in the High Jump, Madelyn Dudley in the Discus, the 4x100 relay team with Deasia Young Gilmore, Ladaveia White, Brianna Gooden and Alexis Oaks, the 4x200 relay team with Ladaveia White, Quaneshia Hawkins, Brianna Gooden, and Alexis Oaks and the final race of the year pulled out a sweet first place was the 4x400 relay team with Patrickia Daily, Quaneshia Hawkins, Janie Beyer and Ladaveia White. in second place was Jenna Leland 3200, Janie Beyer 400, third place Patrickia Daily 400Deasia Young Gilmore 200, Hadley Wilkins 100 Hurdles, Veronica Juarez 300 Hurdles, Haley Slocum discus, 4th place Hannah Stewart 3200, Valerie Rodriguez 1600, Jenna Leland 800, Hadley Wilkins 100 Fifth place Amanda Herrera 3200, Valerie Rodriguez 800, Hadley Wilkins 200, Deasia Young Gilmore 100, Paige Braun 300 Hurdles, Jessica Almand long jump, Sidney Springer Pole vault, Haley Slocum shot put, sixth place went to Mackenzie Peters 1600 and 800, Jessica Almand 400, Veronica Juarez long jump, Taylor Derr triple jump, Janie Beyer high jump and Dani Guzman pole vault.

The 8th grade girls placed 2nd last night scoring 176 points.
40 girls medaled or were awarded ribbons. First place medals were given to Tori Carraway in the 100 hurdles, Mickaela Slaughter and Heather Weir in the Pole Vault and the 4x100 relay team with Morgan Love, Brianna White, Abby Moore and Mamie Barnhardt and the 4x200 relay team with Brianna White, Abby Moore, Paris Jones, Mamie Barnhardt. Second Place Tori Carraway 300 hurdles, Mamie Barnhardt high jump and long jump, Beth Ashley discus and shot put and the 4x400 relay team of Bailey Scherr, Tori Carraway, Paris Jones, and Mamie Barnhardt, third place Myeshia McCallister 200, Tori Carraway Long jump, Bailey Scherr high jump, fourth place Regan Schulman 400, Morgan Love 200, Kelly Ann Edwards 300 hurdles, Joanna Lyle triple jump, Sydney Stolz high jump, fifth place Sydney Jeter 3200, Meg Rogers 1600 and 800, Bailey Scherr 400, Morgan Love 100, Beth Ashley 100 Hurdles, Bailey Scherr 300 hurdles, Meredith Spillane 1600 and 800, Myeshia McCallister 100 Mickaela Slaughter 100 hurdles, Tori Carraway Long jump.
